This promotion is organised by the company defined in the Terms and Conditions of use applicable to an Eligible Player and their Website account (the “Promoter”).

Promotional Period

• The Blackjack Boost promotion (the “Promotion”) will run from 26.06.2023 until 06.07.2023 (the "Promotional Period").
• By taking part in this Promotion, you hereby agree to these Specific Promotional Terms and Conditions and to our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.

Who can claim this Promotion

• Players must:
• be over 18 years old,
• have made a minimum of one deposit in their partycasino.com (“Website”) account; and
• be able to see the Promotion in the ‘Offers’ section of their Website account during the Promotional Period,

(an “Eligible Player”).

How to participate in this Promotion

• To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must:
• log into their Website account;
• opt-in from the promotion page; and
• bet a minimum of $5 on selected 7-seat Evolution blackjack tables (a “Qualifying Bet”) (see term 14 for game exclusions); and
• be dealt a Blackjack.
• If an Eligible Player completes a Qualifying Bet and is dealt a Blackjack, regardless of whether the Eligible Player wins the hand or push, they will receive a $5 voucher to use on selected Evolution Live Games (see term 14 for game exclusions).
• Bet behind bets will qualify for this Promotion.

Voucher Specific Conditions:

• 1 x $5 Voucher per Eligible Player per day during the Promotional Period regardless of the number of Qualifying Bets placed and Blackjacks dealt.
• The $5 Voucher will be credited immediately after being dealt Blackjack from a Qualifying Bet.
• An Eligible Player must claim the $5 Voucher from the Evolution Lobby within 10 days of being credited, otherwise it will expire and not be reissued. The Evolution Lobby can be accessed by clicking any Evolution Blackjack table via the Website’s Live Casino Lobby HERE.
• The $5 Voucher is valid on selected Evolution Live Games (see term 14 for game exclusions).
• Any winnings from the $5 Voucher will be credited as cash into an Eligible Player’s Website account. It can take up to 15 minutes to be credited.
• The maximum amount an Eligible Player can win from the $5 Voucher will be capped at $100

Excluded Games

• This Promotion is only available on selected 7-seat Evolution blackjack tables.
• The following tables are excluded from the promotion: Infinite Blackjack, Power Blackjack, Lightening Blackjack, Craps, Blackjack Party and Infinite Free Bet Blackjack

General

• Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion if required for Legal and regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Terms and Conditions.
• The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations.
