How to participate in this promotion

• In order to participate in this promotion, an Eligible Player (defined below) must place an Eligible Wager (defined below) during the Promotional Period.
• Eligible Player must:
• be over 18 years old;
• have made a minimum of 1 deposit in their partycasino.com account; and
• be able to see the promotion in the ‘account’ section of their partycasino.com account during the Promotional Period.

• An “Eligible Wager” is a wager that complies with the following requirements:

MECHANICS

• This promotion offers three (3) different Bonus Jackpots during the Promotional Period (the “Bonus Jackpots”).
• Each Bonus Jackpot will pay out a different amount depending on the mechanics of that Jackpot (each a “Bonus Jackpot Value”).
• Bonus Jackpots shall be triggered on the following basis:
• Free Spin Drops: triggers daily between 20:00 To 21:00 ( CET time).
• 5k Jackpot: triggers after the Bonus Jackpot Value reaches £/$/€ 5,000.
• Monthly Jackpot: triggers after the Bonus Jackpot Value reaches £/$/€ 25,000.
• Partycasino.com and Partypoker.com contribute a minimum of 0.02% of the amount players stake on eligible games towards funding the Bonus Jackpots.
• The Bonus Jackpot Values will be displayed on the Promotional Page.
• Once a Bonus Jackpot is triggered, the Bonus Jackpot Value shall renew and start accuring immediately.
• Shortly after a Bonus Jackpot has been triggered, Eligible Players will be notified if they have won and how much they have won via a pop-up notification (the “Message”).
• Eligible Players can refer to the Promotional Page to check when each Bonus Jackpot is to be triggered.

Bonus Jackpot Terms

Daily Jackpot

• Daily Jackpot Freespin Drops: triggers daily between 20:00 To 21:00 ( CET time).
• Eligible Players who have placed an Eligible Wager when the Free Spins Drops triggers will be credited with 50 Free Spins.
• Eligible Players will have 48 hours to accept the Free Spins via the Message, after this time they will be removed and not re-issued.
• The Free Spins can only be used on the slots: Book of Dead, Goldfish Fortunes, Eye of Horus, Sahara Riches: Cash Collect, Big Bass Splash.
• The Free Spins will have a value of £0.10 each.
• Free Spins shall be available to play with but any winnings resulting from the Free Spins cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Free Spin Requirements (as defined below).
• The “Free Spin Requirements” are as follows:
• the amount won using each Free Spin (“Winnings”) must be wagered one (1) time before the Winnings can be withdrawn.
• the Free Spin Requirements must be fulfilled within 7 days from the date of acceptance (the “Time Limit”).
• Any Winnings from the Free Spins shall be lost and removed from the Eligible Player’s account if the Free Spin Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.

5K Jackpot

• 5k Jackpot:  triggers after the Bonus Jackpot Value reaches £5,000 (or currency equivalent).
• Eligible Players who have placed an Eligible Wager when the 5k Jackpot triggers will receive an equal share of the Bonus Jackpot Value.
• All winnings shall be credited as a bonus which can be used on any slot on partycasino.com.
• Eligible Players will have 48 hours to accept the bonus via the Message, after this time it will be removed and not re-issued.
• The bonus shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Bonus Requirements (as defined below).
• The “Bonus Requirements” are as follows:
• the bonus must be wagered one (1) time.
• the Bonus Requirements must be fulfilled within 7 days (the “Time Limit”).
• The bonus amount and any winnings shall be lost and removed from the Eligible Player’s account if the Bonus Requirements are not met within the Time Limit.

Monthly Jackpot

• Monthly Jackpot: triggers after the Bonus Jackpot Value reaches £25,000 (or currency equivalent).
• Eligible Players who have placed an Eligible Wager when the Monthly Jackpot triggers will receive an equal share of the Bonus Jackpot Value.
• All winnings shall be credited as a bonus which can be used on any slot on partycasino.com.
• Eligible Players will have 48 hours to accept the bonus via the Message, after this time it will be removed and not re-issued.
• The bonus shall be available to play with but cannot be withdrawn until the Eligible Player meets the Bonus Requirements (as defined below).
• The “Bonus Requirements” are as follows:

General:

• The Promoter reserves the right to restrict certain types of wagering from contributing to wagering requirements and to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular or abusive play. Irregular or abusive play includes, but is not limited to, any one or more of the following types of play:
• Decreasing your stake amount by 60% or more after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active. E.g. Winning £100 on any spin including a double up and reducing your stake amount to £50 or less.
• Moving from a low weighted game (25% or less) to a high weighted game (70% or more) after large wins for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements. E.g. you place at least one bet on any game that has a weighting of 20% or less towards wagering, the resulting win is 100% more than the corresponding stake and you move your original stake and winnings to a game weighted at 100% in order to meet wagering requirements.
• Low risk Roulette bets. ANY outside bet spread combination on Roulette games covering 25 or more (67%) of the 37 unique number spots on the table. E.g. betting on Red and Black - covers 36.
• Barring restricted games, most games count towards the wagering requirements detailed in the offer or promotion. Games and their respective wagering contribution/s are shown in the table below:

  Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from our offers or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter reserves the right to change or end any Promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
• The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in.
